"Music of Renaissance Love" was conceived and expressly produced for The Metropolitan Museum of Art conjointly with its exhibition entitled "Art and Love in Renaissance Italy." The album includes madrigali, villanelle and canzoni for three to six voices, interspersed with theorbo solos and accompaniments with lute and Renaissance guitar. This album serves as the vocal complement to EM/NY's all-instrumental album entitled "Music of Venice."
